He was easy to work with with a no pressure, honest, and down to earth style. His follow up was excellent with phone calls and emails, answering all our questions, but was not pushy. My wife commented several times how she had a good buying experience. Highly recommended. I do a lot of research before I even visit a dealership, so more often than not, I know more about the vehicle I'm interested in than the people selling me the car. In this instance however, Alex was the exception to the rule. He knew the vehicle inside and out, and showed me things I was completely oblivious to. Alex was also very accommodating to my schedule, and my budget. Buying a car can be a painful, confusing roller coaster full of anxiety and anguish, but Alex at BMW of Ann Arbor made it fun and easy. There are other BMW dealerships closer to me, but I actually drive an hour just to get here because I know I'm in good hands, and I trust the staff to take good care of me. The Sales Team is very polite, but also very knowledgeable about their vehicles. You don't get the sense that they are trying to pull one over on you, or that they are making things up because they don't know. They know these vehicles inside and out, and they're not afraid to prove it. The Service Team does an excellent job as well. The few times I've had my vehicle serviced, they've accommodated me in every way, shape and form. The service is always done in a timely manner, they're more than fair with their prices, and they provide excellent communication during the process so you know how your vehicle is doing, every step of the way. Most importantly, I've never felt cheated. Not once have I felt that they were trying to screw me, which is something everyone had heard horror stories about. They are very honest, and conduct themselves with the utmost integrity. More
