Mo is an exceptional sales advisor and we were glad that it was he who served us! You don't see many sales persons who are authentically (!!!) passionate about their "product" (a BMW X1 325i, in this case!) and care about their customers -- and I mean really care and not just pretend to because it is expected... Mo made us feel very comfortable and special, and we actually ended up buying our new BMW at that day instead of waiting until August as planned! :) More

It was a very pleasant experience and I signed the papers in less than 45 minutes, which is less than drive time from Grand Rapids to Ann Arbor.
