I received my car a few weeks later from Germany, where it was built, and I'm still blown away by the 435i xDrive and my experience since I've made this purchase. On my first visit to BMW, after a long and frustrating search for a car to meet my specifications, I was fortunate to meet Alex Upshur. Through a number of visits, he was endlessly patient--listening to me, answering my questions, giving me all the time I needed to think about things and finally building the car that met my needs and wants. At delivery he spent a great deal more time setting up the satellite radio and navigation system and explaining all the "bells and whistles" to a somewhat technologically phobic senior citizen. He has continued to be available as I get to know the car and have further questions. It was a pleasure to work with Alex. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a positive buying experience. Alex did a great job of really helping me pick the right BMW for me. There was no pressure during the process, just a lot of great questions to help me decide which car I should buy. When it came time to actually purchase, it was hassle free. The sales manager, Lane was also great to work with. It wasn't your typical back and forth buying process. They made a solid first offer on my trade in and gave me a great price on my new 328i. The entire customer experience was awesome. They make you feel right at home and answer all of your questions. Even Nancy in the finance office was great. Typically, when you do into the finance office you are "sold" very hard on the "extras". Not the case with Nancy. Straight forward and the numbers stayed the same! Since buying the car 1 week ago, I received 2 follow up calls from Alex making sure everything is okay with the car, 1 email from the Sales Manager welcoming me to the family and just yesterday, a box of Godiva Chocolates as a thank you gift (my wife and kids loved them.) All in all, one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I WILL be going back there for my next one! More
