I located a 2011 Mazda Miata for sale at the BMW Ann Harbor dealership and called them for info and arranged my visit, a 4 hour drive in snowy conditions. Eric met me at 9:30 AMwith the car ready to g Harbor dealership and called them for info and arranged my visit, a 4 hour drive in snowy conditions. Eric met me at 9:30 AMwith the car ready to go for a test drive, they had just received about 6" of snow and all the other cars were covered in snow. He had told me that the Miata was in excellent condition and that it was. I quickly decided to buy the car and before 12 noon I was on my way. I have received emails from Eric asking if everything was ok and received the car papers via FedEx as they told me. I am really happy that I found this car at BMW of Ann Harbor. The car was exactly what I wanted and the dealership was very professional and made my purchase very pleasant. Thanks! More

When he found one, he walked me through all the steps as to how to acquire it (I have never purcha about 3 months to find just the right car for me.
