Bought a 2013 X3 2 weeks ago. It broke down on vacation in N MI. They have been unresponsive and not helpful in arranging pick up and delivery of loaner and getiing the vehicle to fix. This $50,000 vehic in N MI. They have been unresponsive and not helpful in arranging pick up and delivery of loaner and getiing the vehicle to fix. This $50,000 vehicle is lemon. Dealership is awful. Don't go here. More

The management and sales team at BMW Ann Arbor have worked tirelessly to put BMW A2 on top of the dealer list in the area. Alex Upshur is excellent, and knows his stuff, which is saying a lot as it is rare to find a sales associate who can discuss ( with knowledge) features, operation and performance of every car they might sell. Alex has done his homework, and answered every question I had relating to two cars I was looking at, and he was right in what he said. I recommend BMW of Ann Arbor as a hometown sales and service center you can rely on and feel at home at. That is a tall order these days but they do it every day. I have been in over seven times this month during and after my purchase and it's the same every time- perfect ! More

Service has been a strong reason for me to come to this dealership. They are efficent, get you signed up and in a loaner fast. Come a little early, no problem. Past Sales Management was not friendly or very interested in my business after three year lease and was looking at other dealerships. Noticed new people in sales and went to meet them. It was a great experince and went with another new car. The process was excellent and found what i was looking for and a resonable price. It has been a few weeks and know that I have the right car for what I was looking for. Was helped to go the right direction on my selection. No feeling that I was taken advantage of. More

Dealing with Alex made buying a used car a dream! He was very thorough, patient and took the time to answer any questions that I had promptly. I have been going to this dealer since I moved to Ann aarbor two years ago. I like the service department very much--especially Kevin. Unfriendly would not describe it. The staff at this dealership needs to be trained in customer service, from the top down. From sales to service, you will not be treated as a valued customer....far fr dealership needs to be trained in customer service, from the top down. From sales to service, you will not be treated as a valued customer....far from it. You are more likely to be treated as a pain in the butt. They don't want to sell or service cars, simply make money. They are decent on pricing. If you can stand the arrogance and lack of courtesy, then you will get a good price, but forget service....there is none. More
