I purchased an 08 BMW 328xi approximately 2 months ago. I negotiated the deal with the general sales manager over the phone. Upon arrival to close the deal and I worked exclusively with Dustin Johnson. H I negotiated the deal with the general sales manager over the phone. Upon arrival to close the deal and I worked exclusively with Dustin Johnson. He was excellent. The GSM, however, was a bit deceptive in describing the vehicle and attempted to include a lower than agreed to trade in value on our sales agreement. I was told that the vehicle was cosmetically flawless by the GSM when negotiating the deal over the phone. Upon arrival I discovered a paint flaw in the hood, some interior damage to the trim panels and that 1 of the wheels had not been refurbished as advertised. The vehicle had just 37K miles. Nevertheless I worked out the deal but be forewarned if working with the GSM. Once again, DJ was excellent to work with. More
