Bryan is incredibly knowledgeable, both technically and otherwise, and he exceeded my high standards in every way. He ensured the vehicle was absolutely spotless and delivery-ready, answered every one of my (many) complex questions with clarity, and made the entire process seamless and efficient. His attention to detail and customer-first approach were top-notch. Finance Manager Alexis Thompson also deserves high praise for conducting a smooth and transparent financing process. He took the time to explain every option available, broke down the terms clearly, and never once attempted to upsell unnecessary features. The service department call back center is terrible, I left 4 messages and none were returned. I also used your txt’d service and none were answered. I received 2 different txt messages needing the same left 4 messages and none were returned. I also used your txt’d service and none were answered. I received 2 different txt messages needing the same service with two different price totals . I came in for break pads (51,000 miles) and was told I needed rotors as well? Very frustrating that I was unable to talk to a representative and ask any questions regarding service, until I came in to pick up my vehicle. More
My concern is I asked to have a bulb replaced other lights were working fine. I was not ready to pay $2400 to have front lights wiring. Other items recommended came to $4300. The bulb was replaced. I followed my wife home and she noticed the lights coming on and off. I didn’t turn them on. Had no issues like this in the past. More
