The young lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful and the service department staff was friendly and helpful as well. Like how the mechanic serving my vehicle sent me a video of what exactly n helpful and the service department staff was friendly and helpful as well. Like how the mechanic serving my vehicle sent me a video of what exactly needed done. Also there was no pressure for some of the work that didn’t need to be done right away but I told them to take care of it while I was there. Also keep sending me discount coupons which makes repairs a little more affordable. The car loaner staff was also accommodating and friendly as well. This is why I drive about an hour to bring my vehicle in for service. I brought my vehicle here as well. Thank you BMW of Annapolis. More
Was 5 stars up until my last service visit for an oil change. Arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled 10:15 Saturday appointment. I booked an appointment online and when I got to the dealership, the appointment was not listed. I had traveled almost 50 miles from home to get the service. I then had to wait almost 2 weeks before a l dealership, the appointment was not listed. I had traveled almost 50 miles from home to get the service. I then had to wait almost 2 weeks before a loaner would be available because the service was going to take more than two days. I also found that the customer service at this dealership is not very customer friendly. Then upon arriving to get my car and it was brought to me when starting to drive away, I noticed that the tire pressure signal service warning was on. I was in a rush to get to a 10 o’clock appointment , so I decided to drive to the appointment and then check out what was going on with the tire pressure warning. When I had the opportunity to check, there was a huge nail or screw embedded in the back passenger tire. This warning signal was not on when I left my car at the dealership for service, but was on when the service representative bought my car to me, so I think that it should have been pointed out and it was not. I was very disappointed that this was not pointed out to me when I picked up my car. I called back to the service department and was given the reasoning that it was not indicated by the miles that he saw when the car was dropped off but was seen at previous miles. This didn’t make sense to me because, if it showed that there was something wrong at the mileage prior to the mileage that was shown when it was brought in for service, then the warning light would have shown. I believe that this happened while my vehicle was the location being serviced! I have the insurance for run flat tires so the service associate mentioned that it would ONLY be a $50 deductible, but that is beside the point. Again, I believe this happened while my car was being serviced. Especially with all of the construction going on in the area of the dealership. This is try 2nd car that I purchased and serviced from BMW of Annapolis , but it may be time for me to try another BMW dealership. I know losing only one customer is not that important to the dealership, but having, great, ease of mind, friendly and honest service is SO important to me. More
