In the middle of a heavy rainstorm I ran to my BMW X-3 only to find the roof was leaking above the A-pillar. It was early on a Friday morning and I called to see if I could have the vehicle serviced as I only to find the roof was leaking above the A-pillar. It was early on a Friday morning and I called to see if I could have the vehicle serviced as I had other appointments the following day. My service representative, Dontae Butler, was able to get me in directly and provided transportation home while the vehicle was waiting for a service tech. The problem was diagnosed as a clogged drain line from the moon roof. The line was cleared and it seems that they also dried the ceiling area where the water had been coming into the cabin. I had the vehicle back in under two hours and everything was fine. I have only had one service under the warrantee prior to this one and both were excellent. The new service bays and waiting area are great. Highly recommend Annapolis BMW! More
Super nice waiting area! Comfortable seating, Multiple televisions. Snack area well stocked. My only complaint was how long it took for a routine service. I was there for 3 hours. The weight just seemed excessive to me. I will mention that they do wash your car for you though.So that did add a little time on. Everyone was very nice. More

Much compassion is needed an intelligent conversation needs to be taught so far I’ve paid over 20k in your service department and still you are getting worse, whenever I buy a new vehicle it won’t be a bmw not because the vehicle is not worth it just because service providers don’t care!!’ More
