Bait and switch at its finest! I would give them 0 stars if I could. After they were paid my salesman ghosted me. He wasn't there on the day I picked up the vehicle nor did he ad I would give them 0 stars if I could. After they were paid my salesman ghosted me. He wasn't there on the day I picked up the vehicle nor did he advise me that he would not be. He misrepresented the condition of the vehicle as being in "absolute perfect condition" when it was not. He clearly did not inspect the vehicle and just lied about the vehicle's condition. Upon picking up the vehicle, it was supposed to have a hitch and all weather mats. It had neither. And the worst part is that it is supposed to come with a digital key card. The GM, Dan Bailey, said he could not find the card so we left without out. Now the vehicle's remote services will not work with the phone due to a lack of a digital key card. Extremely hard pass on these guys! They think they can mislead the consumer and get away with it. Shame on you! More
My visit was very pleasant and my service advisor, Dontae was very friendly and attentive. I waited in the lounge area while my car was being serviced.
