Service Dept was severely overbooked and the staff couldn’t keep up with customer needs. My invoice had to be corrected to reflect a coupon discount. Had I not scrutinized the invoice I would be overc couldn’t keep up with customer needs. My invoice had to be corrected to reflect a coupon discount.
