Had a great experience at BMW of Annapolis on Friday, July 11th. My i4 had an unrepairable flat on the right rear tire that they installed for me back in May. Called the service department and they were July 11th. My i4 had an unrepairable flat on the right rear tire that they installed for me back in May. Called the service department and they were able to fit me in the same day while ordering the tire for delivery in the afternoon. My service advisor, Justin, noted the flat tire had a road hazard warranty in effect that saved me the cost of the tire. During installation thy found my left front tire had a bubble and were able to replace that one as well during the visit. BMW of Annapolis prcing on tires is unbeatable, $1 over cost. The dealer I purchased my i4 from could not come close to their pricing. Justin and the entire BMW of Annapolis team were customer focused, and committed to providing the very best service possible. The service department was imaculate and all of the staff were welcoming. While I did not buy my i4 from this dealer, when it comes time to replace it, BMW of Annapolis will be my preferred source. I have been using BMW of Annapolis for the last 8 years for my regular X3 and for the last 3 years for my X3M. They really understand M cars. I did some cosmetic customization to my X3M and they did not say a thing (another dealership gave me a long spiel about voiding the car's warranty).
