Took my vehicle there to be fixed and was charged over $750. After many trips back to the dealership in Annapolis, MD for the same problem, the vehicle still has not been fixed even several times being to $750. All of those trips to the dealership was unnecessary and unacceptable. The dealership has done nothing to fix this situation. Thoroughly frustrated and disappointed in BMW of Annapolis! Going to complain to all of the Veteran's organizations in MD to warn fellow veterans to stay away from BMW of Annapolis, MD. Hopefully, BMW's HQ office will step in and fix my situation. BMW of Annapolis had previously contacted me regarding service of my vehicle. I called on Monday expecting to secure an appointment for a later date, however, the service rep informed me that I could b service of my vehicle. For me, that's exceptional customer service. I waited for my service and was offered refreshments was provided timely updates on the status and needs for my vehicle.
