This was the 1st time using BMW Annapolis Service. I had an appointment at 9:00 am for my 2016 z4 which I had just bought from a dealership with only 21k miles. We were wanting a look over to make s I had an appointment at 9:00 am for my 2016 z4 which I had just bought from a dealership with only 21k miles. We were wanting a look over to make sure it didn’t need any service work. The service rep Robert said they were an hour behind and it looked like I would be waiting 2/12 to 3 hours before he knew something(whatever that means). I told him the Bluetooth would not pair he said that’s not fixable. I’m like what? Why would that not be fixable? I called another BMW dealership and left. Terrible service. An appointment is an appointment. I do not recommend them. More
