Don't allow this response to fool you. Only after I walked away and was aggravated, did they decide to try and make it right. I don't want to work with a dealer that plays games and thinks the appropriate move is to make it right AFTER I leave. I spent a lot of time an energy negotiating. There is a plausible explanation for the battery drain. But they never offered it (I talked to the dealer that I did buy a car from and they made me understand what probably happened). A little more patience and work with the customer (I wasn't even asking for any more money off) would have served all of us well. I have bought several cars from them in the past, but never again.
