Best car purchase experience in 30 years! I've owned over 12 cars during this time and NEVER have I been in and out of a dealership in under an hour! I worked with Andy Alexis on a used X3 M40i and he over 12 cars during this time and NEVER have I been in and out of a dealership in under an hour! I worked with Andy Alexis on a used X3 M40i and he was honest and transparent from the start. I like to consider myself a shrewd negotiator but I also understand the value of an honest price so that's always been my end goal. I communicated with Andy only via email until we got to that negotiated price I felt was good for me and for the dealership. Andy was very forthcoming with the information and never did I feel like I was pulling teeth. He even had general information on the previous owner's driving habits, putting me at ease that I was indeed getting a great deal on a gently used car. As I was driving 2.5 hours from two states away, I had to trust Andy's information and boy, was I glad I did. The car was in even better shape than I expected! Andy was aware that I was visiting family in the area after the purchase, so he emailed me links to forms I could complete at home, contacted my insurance agent and had everything needing a signature printed and ready to go, including the new temporary tags! I also need to give kudos to Dave Mier, the Finance director, for his transparency and speed with helping me get through the financing docs. Dave wasn't pushy at all with the add-on products and I ended up purchasing more than I usually do because he gave me such a great price. Oh, the loan rate was great as well so definitely give Dave a chance and he'll find you the best rate out there. All in all, I was in and out (including the test drive) in under and hour, which is amazing and unlike any of the car purchases I've done in the past. Andy and Dave, keep up the great work.
