While communicating 2-3 times via email with my service advisor during the day, when I emailed back towards the end of the day I received an out of office reply (saying he would return 6 days later). When I tried to call the number in his email and the BMW service desk phone number 3 times, I went through the phone tree and then remained on hold for about 4 minutes each…eventually someone answered (remote worker) who offered to connect me to the service desk (which is what I just was on hold for). I did get someone to text me eventually but their phone system is horrible. Texting is nice but gets confusing between if it is from the advisor or the automated system. More
DO NOT BUY A USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD! WE BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM, NOT EVEN A YEAR LATER IT NEEDS A NEW ENGINE, AND THEY DID THE EXPECTION. IN ADD !! IN ADDITION, IT STAYED IN THERE SHOP FOR OVER 3 MONTHS, PUT OVER $3000 INTO IT, REPLACING OTHER PARTS ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY ITS THE ENGINE & THEY WOULD GIVE ME A "DEAL" OF $11000 TO REPLACE IT. YOU WANT ME TO PAY $11000... THATS YOUR DEAL AFTER YOU SOLD ME A LEMON. WILL NOT BE BACK! More
