SERVICE VISIT

I've had good experiences here in the past, but not this time. Just a simple tire replacement. Been calling for 2 days, left messages with my "Service Advisor" and with the Manager. No call backs. And nobod time. Just a simple tire replacement. Been calling for 2 days, left messages with my "Service Advisor" and with the Manager. No call backs. And nobody who actually answers the phone is capable of providing any information whatsoever. Seems incredible to me that one and only one person in the entire company is capable of providing any information on your car, and if they're out, or busy, or ignoring their messages (the voicemail box was full, so you couldn't even leave a message), then you will just and wait and hope one day they call... They're phone system sends you to a line for service inquiries where no one, ever, and I mean ever, picks up. When I pointed this out to at least 4 people, they all acted like that was just fine, no problem here. More

All good! Came in for an oil change and other routine maintenance. I was given a cost estimate, ok’d it and waited. 2.5 hours later, the work was# completed an Came in for an oil change and other routine maintenance. I was given a cost estimate, ok’d it and waited. 2.5 hours later, the work was# completed and the cost was a couple bucks less than the quote. Asked them to check a tire since it needed air two days prior. Tire was good. Very happy! More
