Went in for a squeaky brakes. Found out high performance cars have high performance brakes, that unfortunately due to their composition will squeak. They, specifically Sean, my service advisor was thorough in the explanation and even had the shop foreman involved. Brakes were in good shape. No wear. They did blow out a lot of brake dust which definitely helped. Bottom line……High performance brakes will occasionally squeak, but Sean made it easy to understand why. Will definitely go back to BMW Annapolis for all future service needs. More
