Update months later: Overall experience with this dealer - disappointing. If anyone has to deal with Richard Saah, please know he is a typical sales manager, and your best interest is not his priority. If you read the previous review, I altered it because Richard called, asked me to, and assured me he would handle all my issues. I hope to never deal with this BMW dealership again. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I am disappointed in your company's lack of care for its customers. As a result, I have no choice but to edit my experience review and warn others about the poor service and lack of accountability they may encounter if they choose to do business with you. I hope that in the future, your company takes the necessary steps to improve its customer service and communication practices so that others do not have to go through the same frustrating experience I have.
