This makes me feel better about doing business with this dealership, knowing that the managem lady, Richard Saah took over and addressed my concerns. This makes me feel better about doing business with this dealership, knowing that the management team will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I am not from Maryland, so the truck was delivered. When I received the car, there were a few issues that I wanted to be resolved quickly. Richard had me take my vehicle to a local BMW dealership and had them address all of my concerns without any cost to me. That to me is the customer experience I expect when purchasing any product. It's what separates great companies from good companies. Thank you Richard for jumping in and taking care of us. More
My son purchased an X2 with low mileage and only a couple years old. They sold him the car knowing there was a problem with the headlight and a promise to fix it. Water in the headlight that a mechanic say years old. They sold him the car knowing there was a problem with the headlight and a promise to fix it. Water in the headlight that a mechanic says could short out the whole electrical wiring. Its been weeks now in the shop and they gave him a new car as a loaner. They want their new car back but will not give them a different loaner. They want him to drive the car they sold him and risk damage to the car. How does a reputable dealer survive with service like this. More

My wife has had nothing but frustration dealing with your Service Department. Everyone she calls they put her on hold for an incredible length of time and are not helpful at all. They transfer her to voicema Service Department. Everyone she calls they put her on hold for an incredible length of time and are not helpful at all. They transfer her to voicemails and she hardly ever gets a live person on the phone when calling. She recently a recall notice on her 2916 BMW diesel wagon and can’t get anyone there to make the required appointment to take care of the recall fix.
