I negotiated my purchase/Lease before my arrival to the dealership. My vehicle was ready for pick up as scheduled and I was able to sign documents quickly and leave within 90 minutes. Service Dept was severely overbooked and the staff couldn’t keep up with customer needs. My invoice had to be corrected to reflect a coupon discount. Had I not scrutinized the invoice I would be overc couldn’t keep up with customer needs. My invoice had to be corrected to reflect a coupon discount. Had I not scrutinized the invoice I would be overcharged by over $200. My loaner car was dirty inside and low on washer fluid. Attempted to share feedback with employee but they were too busy to listen. Overall I would rate my experience as poor. More
I scheduled a recall repair that should take about 1–2 hours, but I ended up having to make two separate trips and was without my vehicle for over 48 hours. The lack of communication and the extended wait time caused significant inconvenience for me. I hope the dealership improves scheduling and transparency so other customers don’t experience the same issue. More

So disappointed. I gave them a chance and customer contact was the absolute worst. Dropped off my truck on the 17th and didn't receive my truck for two weeks. The only reason I got it after that was because I popped up to check the status of my service and SURPRISINGLY it was ready (side eye). I called, left messages through the app, and even emailed with no response. I would have gladly been patient had someone just communicated with me. Just so you know loaners are booked out over a month so prepare for that if you have think you going to get one. More
