Best car purchase experience in 30 years! I've owned over 12 cars during this time and NEVER have I been in and out of a dealership in under an hour! I worked with Andy Alexis on a used X3 M40i and he over 12 cars during this time and NEVER have I been in and out of a dealership in under an hour! I worked with Andy Alexis on a used X3 M40i and he was honest and transparent from the start. I like to consider myself a shrewd negotiator but I also understand the value of an honest price so that's always been my end goal. I communicated with Andy only via email until we got to that negotiated price I felt was good for me and for the dealership. Andy was very forthcoming with the information and never did I feel like I was pulling teeth. He even had general information on the previous owner's driving habits, putting me at ease that I was indeed getting a great deal on a gently used car. As I was driving 2.5 hours from two states away, I had to trust Andy's information and boy, was I glad I did. The car was in even better shape than I expected! Andy was aware that I was visiting family in the area after the purchase, so he emailed me links to forms I could complete at home, contacted my insurance agent and had everything needing a signature printed and ready to go, including the new temporary tags! I also need to give kudos to Dave Mier, the Finance director, for his transparency and speed with helping me get through the financing docs. Dave wasn't pushy at all with the add-on products and I ended up purchasing more than I usually do because he gave me such a great price. Oh, the loan rate was great as well so definitely give Dave a chance and he'll find you the best rate out there. All in all, I was in and out (including the test drive) in under and hour, which is amazing and unlike any of the car purchases I've done in the past. Andy and Dave, keep up the great work. I'll be sending my family and friends over to BMW of Annapolis for their future car needs. Thank you! More

The last three vehicles that I have purchased were used and from an "auto super store" which is famous for paying the price of the car that is on the sticker. No haggling required. That all changed for me when I started looking for a new BMW. I saw a car online that I liked at BMW of Annapolis and inquired about the vehicle. Andy Alexis contacted me almost immediately. I told Andy I had a set budget that I couldn't go beyond. He took up the challenge and went to work trying to get me a car. What help tremendously was getting a favorable amount for the trade-in on my old car which allowed me to stay within budget. With a car selected, I informed Andy that I already had financing in place through my Credit Union. Andy asked if he could get me a better rate would I use their financing? My response was of course yes. Now enters in David Mier, the Finance Director at BMW of Annapolis. Dave worked his magic and got me a lower rate thereby saving me even more money! Did I mention we did all of this through emails or phone calls? When I arrived at the dealership, I was there for less than an hour and that included me test driving the car! My car buying experience was so pleasant that I'm trying to convince my wife to buy a car as well. Andy and Dave are amazing!!!! More

BEWARE BMW Of Annapolis Service Scam! I have owned BMW's for 10 years now this has got to be the worst service center I've ever dealt with. Buying a car in the age of technology is no small feat especially from the salesman perspective. There are so many resources out there to do comparative analysis before stepping into the shop. My most recent purchase (March 2021) from Andy Alexis at BMW of Annapolis. This was my 3.5 purchase from him over the last 15 years - I say the .5 because during that time I moved to Augusta Ga and he worked with me while negotiating a deal on an X5 there. I continue to come back to Andy because he is the BEST when it comes to knowledge, attentiveness, responsiveness and overalol ensuring customer satisfaction. Between my first X5 to my X6 now, he has been consistent with his approach and I never felt pressure. Most notably was this last purchase, (2021 X6), I did 90% of the work over email/telephone as I did not have the bandwidth to spend hours inside the dealership. From credit check, paperwork and financing set up -- it was seamless. When I arrived to the dealership Andy had the vehicle up front, cleaned and ready to go. I literally spend less than one hour at the dealership (signing papers and cleaning out my existing car included). I will always seek Andy no matter where he is to assist me in future car purchases.
