This dealership is not trustworthy!!!!! After, negotiating a few deals the finance officer changed some of the information we agreed upon on our contract without us (my husband and I) knowing. We were charged fee that we should not have been charged. After, several attempts over the last year to receive back these fees, the dealership still has not reimbursed the fee. The fee was at least $2000. We were going to hire a lawyer to solve this matter but will just be out of more money. So, Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make sure you read each document with a fine tooth comb, even after it appears they are giving you a better deal. More

Update: Due to my frustration with the service, I reached out to the Eric Fischer (Service Manager), who was very nice and understanding. He wanted to help rectify the issues I had and make things right, whi out to the Eric Fischer (Service Manager), who was very nice and understanding. Things were a lot smoother and my car was serviced. I have reconsider taking my car to BMW Annapolis in the future. Thank you. Service is a challenge at this location. Had to returned twice for minor service that was not completed the first visit nor the second. There was transparency issues as well as communication. Manufacture recalls were not address, overcharged and had to be refunded, and a rescheduled service date was entered incorrectly after returning a second time (due to the service advisor- Jane). I refused to reschedule and decided to schedule at a different location. I'm not sure what exactly is going on at this location, but this location can be a complete mess in regards to customer service. The service advisors are pleasant but not savvy. Be sure to verify everything. More
