During the Corvid - 19 lockdown this BMW in Annapolis scheduled service clients in a timely manner. Social distancing is practiced in their spacious waiting area. The text they send in the morning says to reply with any additional needs. I responded and no answer. Upon picking up my vehicle they said it is automated and no one checks it! What good is a text system th additional needs. I responded and no answer. Upon picking up my vehicle they said it is automated and no one checks it! What good is a text system that asks you to respond if they don’t check it. When I picked up the car not one person would even acknowledge me. Everyone could see me but not one person said we’ll be with you in a minute. After 5 minutes I shouted can somebody help me?! I expect much more from BMW! More
