BUYER BEWARE For over 9 yrs I have owned 3 new BMW vehicles from various dealerships and I have never experienced customer service, such as what I received from th For over 9 yrs I have owned 3 new BMW vehicles from various dealerships and I have never experienced customer service, such as what I received from the BMW of Annap dealership. I communicated back and forth with a salesperson there for approx 4 weeks and selected my vehicle of choice, negotiated the price, and was waiting a couple of days for my new vehicle to arrive. My salesperson promised it would be in by the upcoming Friday (which was 4 days away) and if not, Monday at the latest. When Fri, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, and the next Fri came and went I did not hear from the salesperson, so I called her and emailed her multiple times to obtain the status. But, she would not respond to me. After unsuccessful attempts in getting her to respond, I decided to call the General Manager (GM) to find out what was going on and why did my salesperson abandon me and the deal. I spoke with him and he informed me that the vehicle I wanted was no longer available and that he could not honor the price/deal that the salesperson had promised. So, now I understand why she would not return my calls and emails. The GM did not display one iota of remorse and was not apologetic for how I was treated. His position was very lackadaisical and unconcerned about how the salesperson's inexperience, lack of knowledge, and dishonesty had inconvenienced me and wasted my time. Before ending our conversation, he halfheartedly stated that he would work on finding a deal and vehicle for me, but it is going on 3 weeks and I have not heard from him. So, at this point, the salesperson and GM's lack of customer service is definitely indicative of what's to come, if I purchased a vehicle at this dealership. So, I opted to write a letter to the President of BMW and take my business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!! More
The Worst BMW Dealership still around Leased, serviced one 3 series and three 5 series from this terrible dealership because it was closest to my home. its shop rarely fixed everything tha Leased, serviced one 3 series and three 5 series from this terrible dealership because it was closest to my home. its shop rarely fixed everything that needed fixing; always told me no loaner available until. I raised xxxx, then got loaner. Recently service department kept my 550 for two weeks. I'd call and someone would say we're looking for it. Someone else would say it's being worked on but wouldn't tell me what was holding it up. I finally came to suspect somebody at Annapolis BMW was driving my car around and just happened not to be there when I called. I have no proof of my suspicion, Dealership assiduously denied it. Last straw was when took 550 in for several problems, and finally got it back, service person said had ordered a part from BMW USA that closes and opens front grill and would call me when apart arrived. Got no call. When lease up, I turned car over to a different dealership for 3-year lease on 2020 BMW. . More
Anyone reading this I would advise not going to BMW of Annapolis. Only because the lowest rating available is ONE star otherwise I would have given the dealer no star. I inquired about a vehicle listed Annapolis. Only because the lowest rating available is ONE star otherwise I would have given the dealer no star. I inquired about a vehicle listed online and after negotiating with the salesman, we agreed on terms of the sales price. I was committed in purchasing the vehicle and sent them the authorization vehicle sales form to lock in the deal. Two days later, as I am getting ready to head down to the dealership, I received a text message from the manager stating that the salesman wanted to inform me the vehicle was not available since it was sold the night before. What is the purpose of having deposit form if they can't stick to it? They will never earn my business. More
Inexperienced Technicians Can Cost You $18,000 BEFORE YOU PUT THE 5 STARS, READ MY STORY... I always take my X5 to this dealer for service because their service is great. One day, my drive train BEFORE YOU PUT THE 5 STARS, READ MY STORY... I always take my X5 to this dealer for service because their service is great. One day, my drive train malfunction, the inexperienced technicians there told me that my 2015 X5 needs a new engine. This brand new engine will cost me $18,000. Justin, the service representative, referred me to B and A Import Specialists in Arnold for a second opinion. There at B and A, the mechanic finally diagnosed the problem with my car. There were 4 spark which malfunctioned. Thanks to Justin at BMW, I saved $18K!! More

He was incredibly responsive to my multitude of questions and would always follow through in a timely manner. We can buy a car anywhere, but the service Dan provided made it worth to us to buy from him, even though we are 5 hours away. Thank you, Dan!! More

I expected mediocre but received EXCEPTIONAL service!!!! Read recent reviews before going to Annapolis Service Center and they were dismal at best. Because of location proximity, decided to have my vehicle Read recent reviews before going to Annapolis Service Center and they were dismal at best. Because of location proximity, decided to have my vehicle serviced here. Ken Brokaw was amazing!!! His service estimate was on point; consistently provided me with updates and timeline for completion. Delay in part delivery due to BMW Corporate issue, however Ken kept me apprised every step of the way. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Purchased the car in Arlington VA...top notch dealership, and now I can say the same about BMW of Annapolis Service Center. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced there. V/r, A.Hutchins More

Ultimate Driving Machine Worst Service Dept. BMW Annapolis I own two BMW's with extended service agreements. Within the past 4 weeks, I tried to get service after responding to emails telling me that service w I own two BMW's with extended service agreements. Within the past 4 weeks, I tried to get service after responding to emails telling me that service was due. First car taken in and met by Alan. He told me that I would have to schedule an appointment opposed to dropping off the car. He checked my key fob and said the computer indicated that my wife's car did not need service, He went on to say that she does not drive the car hard and did not need an oil change for over 7,000 miles. I asked for service records and the oil was changed 9,000 miles ago. No Service Manager available so spoke to John Kim, General Sales Manager who said the Service Manager would call me back. No call so I took my BMW to an Independent Service Dealer to get an oil change and alignment. I paid out of pocket despite having a BMW Service Warranty. Receive an email last week that my second BMW was due for service. Took car in and Jane said the car was not due for another 3,000 miles and to come in at 2,500 miles before the extended warranty expired. Another wasted trip! Received a text this afternoon saying to bring vehicle in for service tomorrow 8-16-2019. These folks have zero respect for my time and do everything they can to not service my cars under service warrant contracts. If you buy a car at BMW Annapolis, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO INFLUENCE YOU TO BUY EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTY"s. Dealer is fortunate to be located in a densely populated affluent area of the country making I'm sure good profit from the dealership. Bottom line is they don't care about you after your purchase.
