The service department went above and beyond other dealers to fix an issue that has been bothering me for over a year. Other dealership simply stated they could not duplicate the problem. BMW of Annapolis is always professional from the time you check in until you pick up your washed car. My car was serviced is less time than quoted. The reason for the two stars is because on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022. I had an appt. for 10:30 and I arrived at 10:15. I own a 2015 BMW. I had a rear brake, rotor and a sensor pad replaced and I waited from 18, 2022. I had an appt. for 10:30 and I arrived at 10:15. I own a 2015 BMW. I had a rear brake, rotor and a sensor pad replaced and I waited from 10:15 to 2:00 to do a rear brake job. That was unacceptable to me. I have always taken my car to BMW of Annapolis to perform maintenance on this car and never had such poor service until now. I was very disappointed. More
