Unfortunately, the car I wanted was due to be shipped and there would be a waiting period. Andrew gave an estimate of time, and the car was here and I had taken delivery 16 days ahead of his estimate. The sales process was quick and easy, and they went out of their way to make it happen. Once the whole internet referral scheme where you're dealing with someone who's a thousand miles away led me to my local salesperson, things went well. We talked about the car, which was at the port in Germany, pricing info was straightforward, and he kept me up to date on its trans-Atlantic voyage. Delivery went well and he explained the car and its software as completely as one could without the benefit of a full semester four credit course. Which is to say, there's a lot to learn. And the i4 drives nicely. More
