The text they send in the morning says to reply with any additional needs. I responded and no answer. Upon picking up my vehicle they said it is automated and no one checks it! What good is a text system th additional needs. I responded and no answer. Upon picking up my vehicle they said it is automated and no one checks it! What good is a text system that asks you to respond if they don’t check it. When I picked up the car not one person would even acknowledge me. Everyone could see me but not one person said we’ll be with you in a minute. After 5 minutes I shouted can somebody help me?! I expect much more from BMW! More

Did a great job on scheduled service BUT I brought it in for a leaking roof. Despite being CPO, they wanted $650 to just look at it. Amazing to me that a $75,000 car is expected to have a leaky roof! Doing research, I learned this is a common issue with BMW. Their engineers should figure out a way to prevent it. More
