Sean was the salesman when I bought my first MINI, a 2010 Clubman S.I loved the car, but when my wife fell and broke her femur, it became increasingly difficult for her to get in and out of the car. Last May, as I waited for my Clubman to be serviced, I saw a Countryman on the floor and, out of curiosity, started to look at it. After sitting in the front passenger seat, I realized the Countryman was the answer to my prayers. Sean was on duty and was extremely helpful in advising me as to the value or need for some of the options available.I didn't need Sean to help me decide whether or not to buy the Countryman (the car sold itself), but he was always helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. Now that he has moved up to the BMW showroom, I'm happy to know that I can still deal with him in the future.I really would not want to deal with another salesman. Annapolis BMW has reacquired my business, since changing ownership from Tate BMW to Annapolis BMW, with both their service department and sales. Brian Mixon is a breath of fresh air to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bing Chen and Annapolis BMW. This was the third dealership I had visited and they gave me a deal from which I couldn't walk away. When my car came in he very patiently went over all the little nuances of the X3, and when I called him an hour later from a shopping center because I couldn't start my car (put your foot on the brake), he didn't make me feel like an idiot. We will most likely replace our other car in a few years and would definitely start with Bing at Annapolis BMW. I have recommended Bing and the dealership to friends. Just today somebody asked me why, living in Delaware, I had Maryland temporary plates on my car: it was simply the best overall experience and deal. More
