Made an appointment with Bryan Mixon to test drive the vehicle. 4. Upon arrival at the dealer ship, found it to be easy to get to, very clean and Bryan ready to take care of my needs. 5. After Bryan got my basic information, we checked out the 2013 X3 28i that I was interested in (the one on their web site). What I found interesting is that the vehicle had more options than was depicted on their web site. This made me happier. 6. I test drove the vehicle under the conditions I wanted to see the vehicle perform with no pressure from Bryan to do something different. The vehicle performed much better than I expected. 7. When we sat down to crunch the numbers, I told Bryan that I was not going to beet him up on the price, that I wanted him to sharpen his pencil and have both of us come out with a win / win scenario. I wanted to save money and still have him make money so that we were both happy. On their first try, they gave me a far price on my trade-in (a 2012 sonic), a great rate on finance and monthly payment that I wanted to be at. We had everything done in less that one hour. 8. We than spent the next hour going over all the systems on the vehicle. 9. Last,I was introduced to their service dept.They explaned what I needed to know. 10. To summarize, found the dealership to be friendly, sales rep knows the product, finance dept was on top of their game, and had a great experience in buying the new BMW. More
I went to this dealer after my less then successful visit to another dealer, and right from walking in the door, I was greeted by one of the sales managers, who referred me to Ben. Ben was very, very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions effectively and easily. While I had decided I would wait a month or so before committing to a new BMW, 2 weeks later I made an appointment to go over in detail all of the vehicle options and any lingering questions. I do take an active interest in the realm of motorsport, so being able to point out all of the technical features and how they relate to overall performance was important to me. Ben is extremely capable, friendly, and easy to work with, making the entire sales experience easier. We, as a result of configuration had to order the vehicle from the factory, and in this process Ben was very helpful, with regular status updates and information. When my new 3 came in I came into contact with Rich, the finance manager, and while at some brands/dealers there is a hesitation to deal with the finance people, not in this case or at this dealership, Rich was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I rate this dealership at a 5 only because I cannot rate higher. I give this dealership top marks because of these two gentlemen, if you are in the Annapolis area or not, THIS is the dealership to go to HANDS DOWN! More

I am a very happy, extremely satisfied repeat customer of Dylan and Dave. Dylan is a great sales guy to work with, he is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and caring. When I first met Dave a few years ago he was t Dylan and Dave. Dylan is a great sales guy to work with, he is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and caring. When I first met Dave a few years ago he was the finance manager,he is now the GM. Dave is excellent, he knows his business and puts the needs of his customer first. Dave operates with a high degree of integrity. Never once did i feel pressured. I was sending Dave emails on a Sunday ad he was reponding! Both Dyan and Dave are primarily concerned with doing right by the customer and earning loyalty and repeat business. I highly recommend working with these gentlemen. They are true professionals. I know when I drove my new BMW off the lot that I of the best deal ever. I feel like a winner and as a matter of fact I owe it to them because they're honest, decent guys. More
I called to schedule service for my 335 and asked I could have a BMW loaner. They said I needed to schedule an apt a week later in order to get a BMW loaner. The vallet took my key, parked my car and have the key back to me. No one said anything to us ( my wife and seven week old were with me) so we found the closest seat. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked if they were going to call me up for my apt. They said I was sitting in the wrong area and needed to sit by the window in order to get called. 10 min later they call me and we go over the reason for the apt. When we get to the rental counter, they said they were our of BMW loaners and all they had were minis. I get in the mini a d drive off. Within minutes, I turned around and headed back to get my car. The mini was a piece of junk. A glorified go cart. Noisy, rough and a tight squeeze I didn't feel safe in. I called and asked them to prepare my car for pick up. No one apologized as I'm sure they don't think they did anything wrong. As soon as I left, I called Rockville BMW. On a side note, I went to Annapolis because its where I bought the car and had a great experience. Rockville is much closer to me, but at the time they didn't have the car I wanted. I wish I could give Annapolis 0 stars, but I can't. More
Sean was the salesman when I bought my first MINI, a 2010 Clubman S.I loved the car, but when my wife fell and broke her femur, it became increasingly difficult for her to get in and out of the car. Last May, as I waited for my Clubman to be serviced, I saw a Countryman on the floor and, out of curiosity, started to look at it. After sitting in the front passenger seat, I realized the Countryman was the answer to my prayers. Sean was on duty and was extremely helpful in advising me as to the value or need for some of the options available.I didn't need Sean to help me decide whether or not to buy the Countryman (the car sold itself), but he was always helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. Now that he has moved up to the BMW showroom, I'm happy to know that I can still deal with him in the future.I really would not want to deal with another salesman. [Whenever I talk with someone about my car (I have even had someone follow me home to ask me how I liked the car), I always give the individual one of Sean's business cards.] More
Annapolis BMW has reacquired my business, since changing ownership from Tate BMW to Annapolis BMW, with both their service department and sales. Brian Mixon is a breath of fresh air to work with. He is not only knowledgeable about the cars that he sells but he is genuinely interested in making sure that the customer has the best possible experience. Jane in Service provided outstanding customer service and changed my entire outlook on the dealership as a whole. I was very skeptical of taking my car back to that dealership for any servicing from my first experience with Tate BMW. She has completely changed my mind about taking my car to Annapolis BMW! The service department did an outstanding job with the work they did on the car and Im extremely pleased to say that I have been singing your dealerships praises to everyone that is interested in buying a BMW.
