I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bing Chen and Annapolis BMW. This was the third dealership I had visited and they gave me a deal from which I couldn't walk away. When my car came in he very patiently went over all the little nuances of the X3, and when I called him an hour later from a shopping center because I couldn't start my car (put your foot on the brake), he didn't make me feel like an idiot. We will most likely replace our other car in a few years and would definitely start with Bing at Annapolis BMW. I have recommended Bing and the dealership to friends. Just today somebody asked me why, living in Delaware, I had Maryland temporary plates on my car: it was simply the best overall experience and deal. More
