I bought a used 328i at Annapolis after considering the purchase of a new one. Everyone I dealt with in this business has a nearly obsessive focus on customer service. Beginning with Bing Chen in sales w purchase of a new one. Everyone I dealt with in this business has a nearly obsessive focus on customer service. Beginning with Bing Chen in sales who was very well informed regarding, products features and inventories. He was very patient as I asked many questions to decide which car to buy. I showed up with a bias to a different drive train than the one I bought. His informed input was never pushy or steering me in any specific direction. He did what he said, when he said and provided a number of status calls during the process. In the following month I visited the service department had a similar pleasant experience working with Chris Baratta and his manager Bob Hoffman. I wanted to have a few interior blemishes replaced and was able to justify that the issues were beyond normal wear and tear. Once again, curteous treatment, efficient management of the repair and completed on time. The work was scheduled at my convenience. Finally, a lady in the parts department (sorry no name but, there's only one) completed additional research before ordering parts on my inquiry. I wanted to replace the factory exhaust extentions which are brushed stainless/aluminum with chrome conterparts (similar to the 330i which I traded). She made and extra effort to do the research to insure that ones order meet my requirements. In short everyone I met at Annapolis BMW seems to have a high level of professional skills and they are jointly focus on customer service. It is so unusual, I almost want to work there myself. More

Brian was professional and down-to-earth friendly. He showed us everything we needed to know to drive our new BMW.
