I've owned BMW's for years now and finally decided to take the step to an M. I do all my business with a different BMW dealership then this one. The M3 model I'm looking for is hard to find and I want to drive it before I spend a lot of money on a race car. I was open and honest on the phone with the fact I just wanted to test drive the car, apperently this dealership doesn't want to deal with someone that has a great experience at another dealership. In our economy if I had a POTENTIAL customer looking at an $80,000 car I'd try to I dunno sell him the car! Maybe persuade him to make a change in dealerships. It's a shame too, they had the vehicle I want and might have been able to sell it to me. But now I know that this dealership isn't looking to make BMW owners happy they are just looking for money and I get that but this isn't a chevy dealership it's BMW and they are a company that bends over backwards for it's customers. Too bad this dealership isn't willing to do the same. More
I had the very fortunate circumstance of crossing paths with BMW of Annapolis and the employee, David Mier was truly a blessing in disguise. I needed to extend my schedule maintenance warranty on my 2008 B with BMW of Annapolis and the employee, David Mier was truly a blessing in disguise. I needed to extend my schedule maintenance warranty on my 2008 BMW 535i in a matter of one day and I left a message earlier for Mr Mier and as I was heading to another dealership to extend my warranty, he returned my phone call, disclosed the cost and we made the arrangement to meet flawlessly. This individual is professional, knowledgable and streamlined, therefore, if you are looking for someone at a dealership with these qualities, David Mier is the person and BMW of Annapolis is the place. I just purchased a 2012 X5 from BMW of Annapolis, with Andrew as my client advisor. I don't think I could have had a better experience with the whole process, and when it's time for me to get another car Andrew as my client advisor. I don't think I could have had a better experience with the whole process, and when it's time for me to get another car, I will absolutely be returning to Andrew and BMW of Annapolis. When I began my search for a luxury SUV, I really had no idea what I wanted, and test drove just about every brand out there. Andrew was extremely patient with answering all of my questions, over multiple visits and phone calls. Although he knew I was looking at other vehicles and even other BMW dealers, I never once felt pressured and he was always happy to just give me the info I asked for. Once I decided on the X5, I visited 3 BMW dealerships, but Andrew was actually the only CA that had any idea they were switching to a new model year, and how to handle it. When I finally decided to purchase the X5 from BMW of Annapolis, the entire process could not have gone smoother; Andrew and Gary were both fantastic. While my vehicle was being manufactured, I got e-mails from Andrew each time there was a major status change, and frequent updates as to when it would finally be delivered. When it was finally delivered, that process went just as smoothly as everything else, with Andrew staying past closing time to show me how the entire car worked and make sure I was comfortable with everything. The sales manager also made the money exchange painless (as painless as handing over that much money can be) and while he presented me with a few additional options, there was again no pressure. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the car or the car-buying experience. The entire staff at BMW of Annapolis, particularly Andrew, were outstanding...friendly, honest, no-pressure, and knowledgable. If you're looking for a BMW (or Mini), BMW of Annapolis should be your first and last stop. More
Because I was recently ignored by a sales rep from a former BMW dealership which I had a relationship for over 16 years (orig dealership was bought out) I decided to visit BMW of Annapolis to start former BMW dealership which I had a relationship for over 16 years (orig dealership was bought out) I decided to visit BMW of Annapolis to start a dialogue on buying a new car. Made an appt with Sean for a test drive. Because he was quite busy with a customer upon my arrival he immediately asked Mark to accompany me on the test drive. Mark guided me around the curves and highway like a driving instructor. When I returned, Sean was finished with his previous customer. He gave me his full attention and answered all my preliminary questions. I have "been in cars" all of my adult life and I expect a certain standard of excellence from a dealer. So far, so good with BMW of Annapolis. Thank you Sean and Mark..............Great team work! More
This is our second vehicle from this dealership. We appreciate the fact fact that the General Manager, Business Manager and our Original Sales person were still there after almost three years. Do NOT Go There and Service or Buy a CAR at BMW of Annapolis. I have taken my BMW X5 and BMW M3 there for service for the past 4 years. They just turn around every time and tell you that you have to s Annapolis. I have taken my BMW X5 and BMW M3 there for service for the past 4 years. They just turn around every time and tell you that you have to spend 300, 500, or 1000 more for service. I just took my X5 there for inspection I and spent about 700 out the door. When they serviced my car I had no leak before, but when I got my car back from service, they told me that I have a oil leak. I told them the car was fine and I had not seen to oil leak in my drive way. Very frustrated. Now they want over 1200 to fix a problem that they have caused while doing the inspection 1. Bottom, do not take your car, they do not return your calls, dirty service area, unprofessional people, no deep knowledge of BMW, did not wash my car, and they WANT to GET all of YOUR hard working money. STOP going to BMW of Annapolis. They simply put more damage on your beautiful BMW. More
I have purchased 6 cars in as many years and I can say without reservation this is THE best dealership by far. Their willingness to listen and tailor solutions to fit the customer's needs were outstand without reservation this is THE best dealership by far. I was not sure about coming into the dealership and she made sure I was comfortable at every step. Andrew is truly a master salesman!! Hang onto him BMW of Annapolis :) And Rich, what can I say. I went to this dealer and could not get help from a single salesperson. I wandered the entire lot, wandered the whole showroom, made eye contact with several employees that were standing around chit-c single salesperson. I take that back, one person on his way out asked if I needed help, I said yes, and he said he would find someone. 10 minutes later, still nothing, I left and drove to Tischer...where I got the EXACT SAME LACK OF TREATMENT. I wanted to drive a 335 as comparison to the Audi S4. After two dealerships essentially blew me off, I just took it as a sign and went with the Audi. More
