Overall one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. Their website is great and allowed me to see that they had the exact car that I wanted at a fair price. Everyone we dealt with was professional, but at the same time very personable. The only minus in the process was them trying to pressure me in buying on the last day of the month. We live over a hour away and had no intenetion in going up there after work. I said thanks anyway, I want my deposit back, and they backed off. This was a catr that has been on the lot for almost a year. I understand them wanting to get rid of it, but the high pressure thing did not sit well with me. Harry was great. I would work with him again anytime. Frank the sales manager was also good. He has moved on, so they will have a new sales manager. David was our financial guy. Again very professional. I started the day car shopping and had previously I started the day car shopping and had previously narrowed my search to 3 hardtop convertible models after doing extensive internet research. Thos I started the day car shopping and had previously narrowed my search to 3 hardtop convertible models after doing extensive internet research. Those choices were the BMW 335i, the Infiniti G37, and the Lexus IS350c. I stopped at the BMW dealer first and test drove the 335i convertible that I had found on their lot during internet browsing. Art Johnson was my sales associate. I made it clear that I had other vehicles to drive that day to compare. Art explained every detail of the car to me, answered ALL my questions, and then took me out for a test drive. The car was more than I could have imagined. Besides being fully equipped, it was the best driving/handling car I had ever had the chance to test. We returned to their showroom where we discussed things. I had been discussing a deal with Elaine, their internet sales person, and they gladly used that "deal" as the starting point. We worked out the details and said it was "good" for as long as I needed to finish my shopping. I proceeded to test the Lexus and Infinity models. After it was apparent that the 335i was by far the best choice and had outclassed the competition, I returned and finished the deal all on the same day. After completing the details with Art I worked the financing with David Meir. Dave is a great guy and made the entire process easy. He could not have been more efficient. Overall, Art, Dave, Elaine, and Gary Goldstein (the sales manager) made this my best car buying experience to date. BMW of Annapolis is an excellent, top-notch group that puts the customer first. I would highly recommend BMW of Annapolis to anyone looking for a great car and a smooth car buying experience. More

Dan Rykiel found me exactly what I was looking for and I have never been so satisfied with the purchase of a car. He spent almost two hours with my husband and I explaining every detail of the car before we took it home. This was the night before Thanksgiving and the store was supposed to be closing early but there was Dan, with us, at close to 8pm. I will definitely return to BMW of Annapolis when I purchase my next car and I will refer all of my friends there as well! More
I would highly recommend working with Richard Saah at BMW of Annapolis. I purchased a 328 and X5 from Tate BMW and would say our experience with the new BMW of Annapolis staff was much more enjoyable. Richard actually found two vehicles for my wife and I. My wife purchased a 2009 X5 4.8 and I purchased a 2010 335XI M Sport Package Sedan. Both my wife and I were very specific in how our vehicles were configured. Richard worked with me to locate both vehicles and get them transported to the dealership with no commitment necessary. Through the whole process Richard and I were able to work through the pricing and he was able to meet my budget requirements for both vehicles. He did a great job in answering all of our questions and never became pushy for us to commit to the deal. Richard and I were able to finalize the pricing on both vehicles before they arrived. So when they did arrive my wife and I were able to drive and review both vehicles to make sure they were the ones we wanted. Richard also was very effective in expediting the delivery of our vehicles to the dealership. We experienced a small hiccup when we were picking up my wife's X5 but Richard and the staff were great in resolving our problem. The battery in her car was dead. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating to our schedule and went out of their way to make sure we were not inconvienced. Richard did a great job in explaining all of the features in both of our cars and made sure that all services including Bluetooth pairing, BMW Assist and Sirius were set-up before we left the dealership. I would highly recommend working with Richard if you are in the market for a new or used BMW. My wife and I are now a BMW family and plan on staying that way for years to come. More
The 2010 135i coupe I just purchased this past Saturday (10/28/2009) from BMW of Annapolis is my first BMW ever, and after this buying experience, I can honestly say that I will always feel great about wor (10/28/2009) from BMW of Annapolis is my first BMW ever, and after this buying experience, I can honestly say that I will always feel great about working with BMW of Annapolis for all future sales, service, and parts needs I might have. Because the 135i is a bit of a niche product, and the 2010 models had just begun shipping, they did not have on on the lot of me to test drive. So, they ordered one to my exact specification, "for me to test drive". It must have been obvious that I was seriously interested in the car and had done my research, but they put no obligation on me, realizing that without having one available to test drive, there would be no way I'd know if it was the car for me. In only one month, it arrived! I had done quite a bit more research on the car in this time, and was pretty sure I would go for it, if it drove like I expected it to. Well, it exceeded my expectations by far. And the feelings I had gotten from the staff at BMW of Annapolis also made me feel very good about moving forward with the purchase. In the month I was waiting for the car, my client advisor Richard must have exchanged several dozen emails with me. I think he could tell I was genuinely enthusiastic about the car and the brand, and one thing that was clear is that Richard too is a BMW enthusiast. It's always so much better to deal with salespeople who genuinely are excited about their products -- I say this being a Sales Manager myself. And certainly, Richard radiated this enthusiasm which was contagious. I am now IN BLISS with my new car. I'll also add that I nailed a ridiculously good deal for the car. I probably was lucky to qualify for the holiday savings rebate, which was applied to the already excellent price we had negotiated. Financing was also amazingly inexpensive. Between an amazing vehicle at a great price, from a group of folks I will thoroughly enjoy working with moving forward, this has certainly been the best automobile buying experience of my life. I'll also give xxxxxxto David Mier and Vernon in parts, both of whom were extremely helpful. Vernon waked me through the setup of the Smartphone Integration package with my iPhone 3GS in detail, and again I could tell he was enthused for me in a genuine kind of way. David was very good to work with during the process of crossing all the Ts and dotting all the Is with my paperwork/contract/financing/etc. Finally, I'll say that it was almost by chance that I visited BMW of Annapolis. I had previously visited another BMW here in Maryland, actually much closer to my home in Baltimore, and the experiences were very different. By all means, if you're anywhere close-by at all int he Mid-Atlantic region, or even farther, I would strongly recommend working with this dealership. Ask for Richard Saah by name, he is great great great to work with. More
I searched bmwusa.com's CPO model search for a BMW 330i with 6-speed, sport package, cold-weather package, and premium package. Of the vehicles I looked at, the CPO 330i being sold by BMW of Annapolis was with 6-speed, sport package, cold-weather package, and premium package. Of the vehicles I looked at, the CPO 330i being sold by BMW of Annapolis was the nicest in terms of low miles, overall condition, well-cared for, and being exactly what I wanted (color, features, condition, etc...). My home is in Ohio and I made arrangements to fly in to Baltimore. The Sales Manager, Frank, extended every courtesy including arranging to have me picked up at the airport. I had previously discussed the vehicle with him. After he learned what I was interested in and the high standards I had, he said this vehicle would exceed my expectations. It did! The BMW 330i at BMW of Annapolis was extremely sharp and I could tell within minutes it was exactly what I had been looking for. The Sales Advisor, Richard Saah, was very professional, helpful, and courteous, all the while letting me take my time. I truly believe he was sincere when he made the comment his job was to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and to provide as much information and assistance as I needed. This was a very enjoyable sales experience in terms of meeting the staff, viewing the car, test drive, and coming up with a "fair" deal. By the way, I especially appreciate BMW of Annapolis for accommodating an additional request. Before purchasing the car I asked to take it in to the service facility. There they raised it up on a lift and let me look underneath and ask one of their technicians several questions. This further made me feel comfortable that the car was well-cared for by its previous owner. After the sale Richard assisted me with directions from Annapolis, through Baltimore, to the interstate home (over 400 miles). He called to check on me during my drive home. Several days later he checked up again and assisted me with getting the home-link feature to sync with my garage door opener. Every aspect of my BMW of Annapolis experience was above and beyond my highest expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to purchased a CPO or a new BMW! My overall buying experience at BMW of Annapolis was a great one. Dan Rykiel is a very professional Client Advisor and was very nice to work with. I was initially undecided between two different 2009 car models that the dealership had on the lot. In the end I was leaning strongly towards one over the other. Dan arranged for me to take the car I was leaning towards home overnight to see how it would fit my family's lifestyle. I loved the car, but it was missing a few options that I really wanted. I decided to take it back the next morning and not buy it. Dan was very understanding and that made me feel better about my decision. Never once did he try to push me to buy the car. I called him back about a week later after I had gone over all the possible options to talk about placing an order for a 2010 car exactly the way I wanted it. Dan and I worked out what I thought to be a fair deal and I gave them my deposit. I had many other communications (email, phone, and in person) with Dan after ordering the car. Dan helped me set up a BMW Performance Center Delivery down in Spartanburg, SC the night before he was leaving on vacation. I recall that his final email of the night was timestamped close to midnight. He also called me several times to make sure that I had all the necessary forms and information I needed for the delivery. He also called me a few times just to update me on the build status of my car. That's what I call great customer service, friendliness, and quality of work! My wife and I dealt with Dave Mier, the dealership's Business Manager, when it came time to sign the important papers. He was also extremely professional and easy to work with. He made sure we went over all the papers and understood what we were signing. He was definitely not pushy when it came time to offer additional optional dealer services like paint protection and tire and wheel warranties. Dave made the process quick and easy. I will definitely recommend BMW of Annapolis to any prospective BMW buyer. I will also definitely call Dan when it comes time for my next car. More
I am never a true fan of the car dealer approach to sales. I never enjoy the back-and-forth... salesman to manager... interaction. We were both treated with high respect. More
