On the day we picked up the car, Dan spent several hours with us in a hands-on orientation to the car's features. He was methodical but friendly; no detail was overlooked. Business Manager,Dave Mier, was clear on what we needed to bring with us on the day of purchase and carefully explained to us the service options for our new vehicle. The friendly and helpful demeanor of both Dan and Dave made it a pleasure to do business. More

Dan provided exceptional customer service throughout my entire experience at BMW. This is my first BMW, and as such I teemed with questions relating to performance, handling, options, warranties and other entire experience at BMW. I am incredibly difficult to please, but I tip my hat to Dan because he carefully and thoroughly guided me through each step of the process to ensure my happiness. We are a 3 BMW car family. Our repeated experiences at Annapolis BMW has been consistently bad to poor. We have moved our business to an independent garage and Russel BMW. What amazes me more is that there is no change from Tate to Annapolis BMW ownership, the location must be jinxed. From poor committment follow up on a purchase of a certified used car, to no loaners when I arrived, to long, long lead times for a service slot and loaner, to denting my car bringing it up to me after service while I sat there, to repeated meetings with mgt. to discuss issues only to have most people I've dealt with having left the company by my next visit, to most impersonal service team of all dealers regarless of the brand. This group needs to get its act together. More

I have never come across more professional, customer service oriented people. Eric and Clyde took me without an appointment, as a walk in, went out of their way to not only help me but explained everyth service oriented people.
