Update: I was called by the service manager Thursday night (3 work days later). They offered to let me bring my vehicle back and run the further diagnostic to evaluate the actual problem free of charge, it would have been ~$700 otherwise. They were not willing to un-replace the battery they installed and just put the old one back in. I asked, because it was pricey and clearly was not the problem. Also, it is unknown what would be required to fix anything, should this second diagnostic correctly identify the actual problem, unlike the first one which clearly missed the mark. We still disagree on what was presented to me before and I have already declined their offer, however, if I was able to edit my review -- I would rate it up to 2-stars, as I would reserve a single star for something that failed at every level. I am very dissatisfied, but they did reach out to me and they did make some attempt to remedy the problem.

I tried to do a review using the Edmund’s link but it got all botched up ….i couldn’t get into my Google account after writing it in order to send it so I think that review got lost. Anyway, I had a great experience today working with Christian, my service manager and Derikk who greeted me when I entered the garage. Both employees were very professional and friendly and it reminded me of the good old days when BMW made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Way back when I bought my 1999 BMW. Things sure have changed over the years but today’s visit equaled those of 25 years ago. I have nothing but 5 starts to give to every aspect of my experience today at BMW. Everything was done to my car to my satisfaction and I hope my next visit will be equally as pleasant!
