Excellent service and my service advisor Reesh Ismail went beyond the call of duty. My purse strap was stuck in the trunk latch and it would not open. It had been in there for a considerable amount of ti went beyond the call of duty. My purse strap was stuck in the trunk latch and it would not open. It had been in there for a considerable amount of time. Mr. Ismail told me he would get it out and he did!
