This is the worst service department. They are rude and disrespectful to customers and they don't do good work. When I took it for a break job they didn't install everything back on th They are rude and disrespectful to customers and they don't do good work. When I took it for a break job they didn't install everything back on the car properly. I took it back to them and they have yet to repair the damage to the car that they caused. When I asked the service manager about this he was rude and told me to buy the parts and he would reimburse payment. So the car still has damage from their incorrect installation. In addition he initially refused to repair what they damaged on the car. After receiving the car back for the third time, the breaks are squealing and making loud noises. I called the service manager and he has yet to return my call. I called several service advisors and no one has returned my call. It appears that they are avoiding my calls. It is unbelievable that a BMW dealership has such low quality and low level of service. More
