He kept me in the loop every step of the way, explained things clearly (without all the jargon!), and made sure my BMW was treated with the care it deserves. Service advisers seem to be honest and don't push unnecessary repairs. They also keep you up to date with the status of your car as it's being worked on. And there free rides to and from your house i unnecessary repairs. They also keep you up to date with the status of your car as it's being worked on.
