Everything that they did was excellent they completed all the things that were needed with my BMW. I was very pleased at the time that I was spent at the office. Over 2 hours for an oil change compared to other brands, somewhat excessive. Service due light on, has not been reset. Now need to go back to the dealership to get it reset. I was not given any updates on my car when I dropped it off for an oil change- no calls or texts. I had an appointment at 12 and eventually had to call at 4:30 to ask about when it would be finished. I was off for an oil change- no calls or texts. I had an appointment at 12 and eventually had to call at 4:30 to ask about when it would be finished. I was told 5 to 5:30. I showed up at 5:30 and my service rep was not there and my car was not finished. I highly recommend Tania, who finished up and fixed the billing after the previous service rep listed it as already covered. I was told he had also expressed that he had texted me about my car before leaving, which was false. I eventually was able to take my car home at closing, 6 pm. Primarily for lack of communication, I will not recommended this dealer in the future. More
