Tania from the service department at BMW of Atlantic City followed through with confirming the initial tow truck delivery of my car to their service department through the completion of the repair with extreme professionalism and followed up with me on a Friday afternoon several times to ensure I would have my vehicle back and on the road. I own and operate a service company and I can appreciate their sense of urgency and streamlined process. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks Tania and your service team! More
Over time, the customer experience is second to none. If my BMW needed a new part, an upgrade, or a complicated diagnostic I was sure my old BMW would be running perfectly after my BMW was serviced. My service advisor Josh gave me above and beyond superlative explanations to answer from experience, clear documentation overview, and proper automotive repair/performance education. Josh impressed me with follow up service calls asking for my personal details on what I felt the car was doing weeks after my service was done. A follow up goes a long way in my book. I appreciate dedicated and honest service. Josh is always willing to reach out and make sure the job is done proper to exactly ensure satisfaction. I still love my car. Impeccable customer service by Mr. Gay. From the moment I drove up to get my X3 serviced through out the entire duration. He was able to answer all my questions with much respect and a Gay. He escorted me to the waiting area and informed me of all and any concerns to my vehicle. I loved the new remodeled BMW sales room! The lounge area, lights, music. So comfy and cozy. It’s in the serpentine belt on the alternator, and the entire fan is saturated.
