Over time, the customer experience is second to none. If my BMW needed a new part, an upgrade, or a complicated diagnostic I was sure my old BMW would be running perfectly after my BMW was serviced. Josh impressed me with follow up service calls asking for my personal details on what I felt the car was doing weeks after my service was done. A follow up goes a long way in my book. It’s in the serpentine belt on the alternator, and the entire fan is saturated. I cannot believe this is the type of work a BMW dealership dispenses I have never had a positive experience with BMW of Atlantic City Constant miscommunication and chaos More
