Services received from Scott Sutton has always been excellent. The service manager was great in resolving a previous break issue that was done by BMW but didn't last for a year and a service rep (not excellent. Upon making my case to the service manager, the manger determined that it should be replaced as a warranty which is what I argued for. Dealer was fantastic. Answered questions promptly. Technician provided informative videos upon inspection. I originally went in for a recall and was informed it was fixed.
