Had a 8:30am appointment for a oil change and replace a brake light bulb. I called two times to get the status on my vehicle. It was ready at 4:45 and the brake light bulb was not replaced. VERY UNSAT, the job should have taken 2 hours or less, And, the delay for bulb change, as I was told, was it was a LED bulb and they did not have any in stock. VERY UNSAT. I bought 2 vehicles at this dealership in the last 4 years and after my lack of customer satisfaction I doubt I will ever do business with this dealer again. More

The problem was never fixed since early Mar 2024, the initial time I had the X5 for checked up on the warming light for engine service. A few days after l was told the problem was fixed, I took the vehic initial time I had the X5 for checked up on the warming light for engine service. A few days after l was told the problem was fixed, I took the vehicle to LA. It broke down on I5 at the canyon where there was no reception for wireless communication. The vehicle had to be towed to the dealership for another check up. This time, I was told there were two sensors in the engine which needed replacement. I spent a lot of money to replace them. I was told it was tested drives and everything was great. A few days later, the check engine warning light came on again. I took it back to the dealership to have it checked out. This time, I was told the cable connecting the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was in the shop from Jun 16 to Jul 26. I was told they were way for the part from Germany. When I picked up the vehicle in late morning on Jul 26. I had to paid approximately $2500 again for the repairs. I drove approximately seven miles from the dealership on the way home, the warming light to check engine came on again. It stilled twice on me when I drove it back to the dealership to have it rechecked. In total, I spent over $8000 on the vehicle during the period of three months, including extra $200 to have it towed from the highway back to the dealership after the vehicle was checked out. Up to now, the problem has not been fixed after spending all this money. Besides I did not have a reliable vehicle to use for over four months. I am considering seeking options on what alternatives I may have including contacting the BMW headquarters for help. More
