Roger (my advisor) was awesome. The work done on my car was also top notch. However BMW never has loaner cars and instead shuttles you around in an old chrysler mini van. I have been fortunate enough to own Acura, Mercedes, Volvo & BMWs. At all other premium dealerships, the level of service has always been top notch. At this dealer, the lack of loaners is disappointing. More
