Great leasing experience and service! Leased my 2018 X5 through BMW Motor Werks Barrington. I had previously leased through Laurel BMW in Westmont but could not come to an agreement with Leased my 2018 X5 through BMW Motor Werks Barrington. I had previously leased through Laurel BMW in Westmont but could not come to an agreement with them this time as to price. Shopped around and Motor Werks Barrington gave me a better deal and even threw in all-weather mats at my request. Even though I live farther from Motor Werks and was concerned about driving so far for service, they offered me their complimentary VIP program where they would send someone to pick up my car and give me a loaner. This was a huge plus to me since I hate waiting for service. Also, the day I came in to sign the paperwork, Harry Gianos and Ryan Durso went above and beyond to redo the paperwork to allow my lease paperwork to be redone in the name of my firm, which was beneficial for me from an income tax perspective. Communication with Harry was great - he was very prompt in his responses and even texted me back on his days off instead of passing the buck to someone else. I love my new X5 and would recommend working with BMW Motor Werks Barrington! More
