First off, they have an excellent inventory of well equipped cars that are optioned correctly. I traded in an older X5 M Sport for an X5M. The trade value was more than fair as well as the price that was asked for on the new vehicle which was very competitive. The overall experience was great. The guys here really love their jobs and I would recommend anyone to them for any luxury car needs. More

I can't remember the last time one sales person let alone the entire sales team impressed me and went over and beyond customer service perfection. This was not an easy situation. I was trading in a vehicle that was out of commission and out of state. This sales team did everything possible to make this transition as painless as possible for me and my husband all while finding me a fabulous new ride. I so appreciated and enjoyed the personable and humorous interactions with all of you. Harry, you were patient and listened to our needs. Your sales approach is comparable to that of buying a car from my bother. Andy, you have such an ease and took the tension out of numbers and finance. Ryan, you make paper work fun, which is really weird to say. Chris, I can't even believe the "not everyday task" you had with my trade in being out of state. Wow, way to make that seem like a walk in the park. Honestly, I was prepared for a headache, but this sales team did everything in their power to make sure I didn't even have to think about taking Tylenol. The Starbucks helped with that too! I have to tell you, Derek in service is the very person that started my love for Motorwerks. After he left Anderson BMW, there was just no comparison to what it had been when he was there. It was a no brainer to follow him to Motorwerks. I had no idea it would lead to such an awesome car buying experience. So what a bonus! I did come across one hiccup in which when the detailing was completed the window tint was scratched. However, this issue was quickly resolved with a "We Owe You" form in the amount that it would cost to fix this at my local tint shop. Very happy to work with Motor Werks and Sahil. Alan Ramirez, my sales rep, was gracious and generous with his time in answering all of my questions, and made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. This was a big step. My first SUV as well as my first BMW! In addition to the warm and welcoming conversation with Sharon Lee, she gave me some fantastic advice on what I should do about my current vehicle, which was absolutely spot-on. Ryan Durso, with the finance department, came out to personally thank me for making the long journey in from Michigan and walked me through every document and detail, as well as a little help planning my next vacation!
