The best car buying experience ever Absolutely exceptional experience at Motor Werks. I came in from out of state and sometimes this can be a hit or miss, but after talking with my sales Absolutely exceptional experience at Motor Werks. I came in from out of state and sometimes this can be a hit or miss, but after talking with my sales consultant Daniel and getting all the details, he offered to video chat with me and took time to show me around the car. Then Michael, the Sales Manager, gave me an exceptional deal. Everything about the deal was very transparent and that eased any doubts I might've had. I was able to come out an hour before they were closing on Saturday and was done before they closed. Most of that hour was actually spent with Randy ( another sales consultant) and Daniel just chatting about cars. We even went and checked out a GT3 RS and a Huracán in the showroom. I signed the paper work with Aldijana, the sales manager and she was very professional and didn't try to upsell me on all the add-ons you usually get bullied into buying at most other dealers. This is how all dealers should be doing business and I'm extremely pleased with the whole experience and the vehicle I purchased. Did I mention I also got a great deal on the purchase, by far the lowest price on comparable vehicles in a 1000 mile radius. More

Not because I don;t like new, luxury cars, it's more but because I never cared for the "dealership experience;" Car buying has changed, I did most of the leg work on-line (something new for me). I found the model i ws interested in. I recieved a quote over email from Michea,l BMW Sales Mgr and set up a test drive. The BMW fit great during the drive and Robert Dunford, Client Advisor ,answered all my questions and explained everything. I never once felt pressured and actually look forward to taking my BMW in for routine service!, Thanks Everyone and I highly Recommend, Joe Nitch More
