Everyone that I encountered at MotorWerks was a dedicated and knowledgeable professional. I was particularly impressed with Agnes Greda who demonstrated and sold my 440i convertible to me. Agnes combined endless patience with detailed knowledge of the car to make sure that I was satisfied that I knew it was the right car for my needs. Agnes went the extra mile to show me the entire MotorWerks facility and had answers to all of my service related questions as we toured that area. The purchase was smooth with the additional help of manager Andy Shah pitching in to explain the financing and warranty options with the final steps of the transaction ably completed by Ryan Durso with my appreciation.
