Best Car Buying Experience out of my total 3 life time cars In last 12 years, I have bought 3 cars in my lifetime from many makes such as Toyota, Honda and now BMW and I have to say that this was one of THE BES In last 12 years, I have bought 3 cars in my lifetime from many makes such as Toyota, Honda and now BMW and I have to say that this was one of THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had in my lifetime. Also, along with with that, I was treated with very much respect, warmly welcomed from my first to the last visit along with many more visits to come in the future. I ended up buying BMW X5 customized model which was not even in the list of my choices. Let me tell you my story of why I went with BMW X5 from Barrington Motorwerks rather then Land Rover Velar which was the car my wife and I wanted to begin with. Although we ended up buying X5 from Motorwerks BMW of Barrington which was not even in our list and it was solely due the Experience, Respect and mainly the full of enjoyment which I had working with Andy Shah, Sahil Chokshi and Ryan Durso. One thing that I take seriously is Customer Service since I come from Sales my self from 6 to 7 years of experience in the past. We were pretty much self sold on Range Rover Velar but when we visited the dealership forget about the respect I wasn't even welcomed nor anyone was willing to help. I had to ask 3 different people if someone could help me and finally after 15 minutes or so I was unwillingly helped by one individual from Land Rover which made me very upset and up-happy. Also right from that moment, I had made my mind that I am not giving my hard earned money to the Dealer and the Company who doesn't care at all about customer service. I feel like Land Rover dealer saw me 25 year old kid in his jeans and hoodie can't afford Land Rover and didn't bother to pay attention although one smart man once said "Don't Judge Book by it's Cover". That being said with my above story BMW of Barrington knows how to take care of customer and how to do business in general. I can't be more happy and I can pretty much say all my future business is going to Motorwerks of Barrington from here onwards. Thank you Andy, Sahil, Ryan and anyone else who contributed in my sale and helping and taking care of me and my wife during the purchase of my vehicle. More
