Anyways, what was a stressful and unplanned situation was made far less problematic by working with Anthony at Barrington Motorworks. He listened to our situation and knew that we we're exploring a number of options since we we're tossed into this. Not once was he pushy or aggressively trying to make a sale. Anthony was extremely friendly and caring about our situation and was more than helpful. The process went smoothly and one of the driving forces that made us come back was the experience and conversations we had with him the first time we stopped by. He was kind enough to give me all options in my price range and his honest opinions about everything we went over. He even extremely patient as I changed my mind many times. Mike was great in giving me a very competitive price and was also super prompt in responding to questions. I dont remember the name of the kid who gave me the vehicle demo, but he was just awesome. He answered every question I had and I never had to refer the manual for any features. When I actually went to see the car, couple of features stated online were missing. Mike and Maria immediately compensated that with some add-on's. Maria also enrolled me into some of their programs like inner circle for free! The paper work process was a bit slow but I get it. When my turn came up, Aldijana was super quick with everything. They had more than normal crowd. But as far as service is concerned like installation of all season mats, front and back license plates etc. they did everything they could right that day even though they were super busy. Maria even called me 3 days later to check on how things are going with the new car and anything she can help with. Overall, my experience was very nice and didn't feel stressful at all! More

Harry truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the pleasure of working with Harry Gianos during the purchase of my 2018 M550 at BMW of Barrington. Harry truly went above and beyond to ensure that purchasing my car was more of an positive experience than a transaction. After custom ordering the car Harry kept me in the loop as to it's progress and when it came to pick up day, he along with more than a half dozen people at the dealership joined in congratulating me on my new M-series. There customer service is really top-notch and everyone is completely genuine in their desire to ensure your purchase goes smooth before, during, and after pickup. Harry personally went around introducing me to many of the people that I could come in contact with during my ongoing relationship at the dealership, so each person new me personally. He really made himself available for any questions I had and others I met offered their assistance at any time (I walked out with a half dozen business cards that day). I also wanted to mention that Aldijana Hodzic, who made the myriad of paperwork these days, go so smoothly and quick. Even the finance experience was enjoyable with Aldijana's helpful and friendly personality. I also had the pleasure of working with Michael Gargano, the sales manager, who ensured everything about my experience was perfect, including several follows to ensure I was enjoying the car and didn't have any further questions. I can not recommend this dealership, along with the sales, service and management team highly enough! I can't see me buying from anywhere else! More
