From the sales end, finiance, service, car wash, even the free coffee bar. i am there almost once a week, because we have bought our last 3 vehicles from them. i go for the wash every weekend, grab a coffee, look at the new models. Everyone there is top notch, friendly, and helpful. Something you just dont get at every dealership! Second, its 2 minutes from my home. so its also very easy to get there. I love the dealership, cant imagine shopping any where else. More

Excellent I came to this dealership all the way from Iowa, came across many other BMW dealers but specifically chose this one . Agnes was waiting for me outside, the car I was interested in was washed and in few minutes we were test driving it. She helpede and my wife understandimg the difference in options, colors, interior... When we did ot find the exact car we wanted, she spent more than an hour helping us building a new car. Agnes remained helpfull and patient despite our many changes of the built car options. The monthly lease was less than I expected, they helped me with the price.
