Agnes was waiting for me outside, the car I was interested in was washed and in few minutes we were test driving it. She helpede and my wife understandimg the difference in options, colors, interior... When we did ot find the exact car we wanted, she spent more than an hour helping us building a new car. Agnes remained helpfull and patient despite our many changes of the built car options. The monthly lease was less than I expected, they helped me with the price. The advisor I was working with, Harry Gianos, is an expert on BMWs but had the flexibility to sell any car through Motorwerks and found the car I was looking for and helped me take possession of it in a timely fashion. He was very easy to work with and has the respect of his colleagues, not only at BMW, but at Mercedes as well, to help get the deal done. The Motorwerks Sales Manager, Frank Paganis, at Mercedes was extremely helpful and professional and went out of his way to help me as well. More
