The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I signed the last form in the finance office. Specifically; Maria Simental and Ryan Durso were great to work with and are both great assets to the team. The only constructive feedback I have would be in regards to Ryan's office. I strongly feel it needs updating. The dealership is clean, unimposing and welcoming. It's great to have that flow throughout; however, I wish Ryan's office had some kind of privacy shade as the idea of my financial information being visible to a passerby is disconcerting. Additionally, the technologies in use there definitely need updating. Swiveling a monitor around to display possible benefits and features? This isn't 2005. Get the guy a wall mounted TV or projector! Also... that printer was from about 1982. I felt as if I'd descended from a modern utopia into a Kafkaesque abyss of technical regression and bureaucracy. This in no way reflects on Ryan who was an amazingly helpful person with a vast amount of knowledge. More

Great experience purchasing 7 series! Kudos to the team at Motor Werks. I found the car online and consummated the purchase via telephone before travelling to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the Sales Manager and my sales representative, Brittany Rhodes. Brittany is efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Ryan Durso, the finance manager, wrapped up the paperwork in an efficient manner and had me on my way. Fantastic overall experience! More
Extremely poor service department Service department is pointless here. I had alignment done after I bought my car from them, per the measurements provided, camber was out of spec a Service department is pointless here. I had alignment done after I bought my car from them, per the measurements provided, camber was out of spec after the alignment. I'm learning from another shop now that it is likely because all along either the strut can is bent or the aluminum mount at the wheel for the strut. In October of 2016 – I had the connected drive retrofit performed since then I have been having constant intermittent issues with the Connected Drive features not working due to the car stating “Network not available, please try again later.” In my own troubleshooting process I found that the SOS button would not work either as it would be unable to connect. Turning the car off, waiting, and turning it back on would make it work in most cases. This was all communicated to Service Advisors; and I was very patient as I know troubleshooting intermittent issues can be very difficult. I even would make standing service appointments, banking on the fact that the problem hopefully occurs on the day of the appointment, it would sometimes and I would come in; your service advisor was also aware of this. We also agreed that I would just come in without an appointment when the problem occurred, and that too I did – problem was not solved, it would always come back – no problem found. With the last occurrence – I dropped the car off; a couple hours later I was notified it was ready to go with a letter provided to me stating that connected drive connections are intermittent at the moment in the area because ATT towers are down in some areas. Well, that did not satisfy me as my problem started since the retrofit, not recently. The issues continued; and I was told “Well, atleast the car is running it could be worse and it’s not like it’s leaving you stranded”. I finally contacted ATT, and BMW customer service. BMW Customer service contacted your dealer multiple times, no response. Per BMW Customer Service, MotorWerks was to contact me, and guess what – they did not. I wound up taking the car to another dealer, they looked into the issue and actually worked with BMW NA along with the connected Drive team and appear to have solved it. I am now 2 weeks in and no issues. Previous Issue: Shortly after the purchase of my car in 2015 from you – my brakes would grind when braking and turning left. I brought the car to you to look into it – was still under manufacturers warranty, and had maintenance package on it. The brakes were re-seated, cleaned. The issue still happened, I came back, the same thing was done along with a couple other things. I picked up the car, and the grind was still there – I went back and your service advisor said “That’s just the way BMW brakes are, they grind, that’s normal.” I know that not to be true so I wound up stopping working with that particular service advisor, isolated it to him and refused to have him as my advisor moving forward. Additonally, I went to another BMW dealer they took a look at it and immediately diagnosed it as plate rubbing against the rotor and fixed it – no more grind, problem solved. They did not try to BS me and tell me that it was normal. More
