Unforunate Experience Kyle who I worked with for the sale, was very nice. I do believe that I got ripped off on my trade in. I was unable to verify the Trade-in value as I Kyle who I worked with for the sale, was very nice. I do believe that I got ripped off on my trade in. I was unable to verify the Trade-in value as I did not have my phone with me to verify the amount. Unfortunately I feel I was bullied by Finance into buying a warranty package. I said no at least 10 times and she kept telling me she really thinks I need all the extra packages. The more I said no the more aggressive she got. The finance part took forever and I had somewhere I really needed to be. Also the service team did not do a basic check of the car I bought and I had to bring the car back less than two weeks after I brought it because a Tire Pressure warning came on. After a month I still had not received paperwork in the mail regarding my loan account and where I could make a payment. I called and left two messages for Aldijana, no response. I emailed her again no response. I texted the Kyle to ask to have her call me and again no response. I ended up calling BMW Customer Relations to get assistance. Overall a terrible experience and I can honestly I will not recommend this dealer in the future. More

Then the General Manager Christopher Lima walks over shakes my hand and we talk for a few minutes, his level of comfort and kindness along with his charm made the experience AMAZING. Christopher Lima went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my purchase of 3 new BMW's was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL making me a FOREVER part of the CIRCLE. CJ was also extremely helpful with all of my requests and he walked me through the features of each new car. Ryan made the financing part such a smooth and quick process! My experience here has been PHENOMENAL definitely making me a loyal lifetime customer! What should I buy next ? Starbucks anyone? More

So Pleasantly Surprised! My lease was up on my 328d. I loved that car and was bummed I had to part with it. I started working with Harry and we discussed getting into a newer 3 series. We decided on a 330i. The day came that I was to come pick it up. During our test drive, I felt like I was getting into exactly the same thing I already had and was feeling unsure. When we pulled back into the parking lot, I noticed a 4 series gran coupe and immediately fell in love with the style. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I got into exactly the one I wanted. Ultimately, I got a way better car than I was expecting! These guys were awesome to work with and made the whole process effortless! More

I brought my wife and 2 kids (7 weeks and 3 yrs old), they were very accommodating. I planned on getting lunch near the dealership but couldn't find a restaurant, Chris was able to get me abs my family some lunch (very much appreciated!). The dealership also had a barista making Starbucks drinks at no charge, nice touch! Everything was great except the finance manager, fortunately that was a short part of my time there, would probably request a different finance manager if possible the next time. I would still go back. More

I considered it a stroke of luck, because of my experience with Motor Werks. I received a loaner while our car was repaired, and used the opportunity to explore their inventory. I enjoyed my experience with Kyle as the conductor for my purchase, as I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going. I'm leery of all car dealerships based on years of stereotypical encounters and behavior, but my experience at Motor Werks has gone a long way to change that forever. Aldijana was as complete professional, gracious and efficient with my time. I'm looking forward to my free car washes and Starbucks, and hopefully future purchases with these professionals. More
